I use that position with recipients quite a bit. I do find that you get in deeper and there's less leakage when you put their legs over your shoulders and go in missionary, but I'll typically do that for the first insemination, get the big heavy load in that way, then after a short break I'll flip her over and mount up this way for a second insemination. It helps me cum again in a short time and make sure she gets another angle. Some ladies get pregnant easier in one position or the other.
